Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pasta (penne, rigatoni, or farfalle) uncooked
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt plus more to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning or dried herbs optional
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan or vegan parmesan optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
  • Toss cooked pasta with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Spread pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or place in air fryer basket.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes (or air fry for 10-12 minutes), shaking or stirring halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly, then sprinkle with parmesan if desired. Serve with your favorite dip.

Notes

Try different seasonings like smoked paprika, chili powder, or ranch mix. For gluten-free, use gluten-free pasta. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
