2cupsshredded cheesecheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend
1cupcooked proteinground beef, pulled pork, grilled chicken, or black beans
1cupdiced tomatoes
1/2cupsliced jalapeñosfresh or pickled
1/2cupsliced black olivesoptional
1cupguacamole
1cupsour cream or Greek yogurt
1cupsalsa or pico de gallo
1/2cupchopped cilantro
1/2cupdiced red onion
1/2cupcorn kernelsoptional

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chips. Add cooked protein and any toppings you want warmed (beans, corn, etc.).
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and transfer to a large serving board or platter.
Arrange fresh toppings (tomatoes, jalapeños, olives, onion, cilantro, queso fresco) and serve with bowls of guacamole, sour cream, and salsa on the side.
