Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers for Chamomile Lavender Dream Elixir
  • 1 tsp dried lavender buds for Chamomile Lavender Dream Elixir
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, sliced for Ginger Turmeric Golden Elixir
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric for Ginger Turmeric Golden Elixir
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon balm leaves for Lemon Balm Mint Refresher
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves for Lemon Balm Mint Refresher
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice for Ginger Turmeric Golden Elixir and Ashwagandha Moon Milk
  • ½ tsp ashwagandha powder for Ashwagandha Moon Milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon for Ashwagandha Moon Milk
  • 1 tbsp dried hibiscus petals for Hibiscus Rose Relaxation Tea
  • 1 tsp dried rose petals for Hibiscus Rose Relaxation Tea
  • as needed honey, maple syrup, or agave optional, for sweetening
  • as needed lemon juice for Lemon Balm Mint Refresher

Instructions
 

  • Chamomile Lavender Dream Elixir: Steep 1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers and 1 tsp dried lavender buds in 1 cup hot water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey if desired.
  • Ginger Turmeric Golden Elixir: Simmer 1-inch sliced ginger and 1 tsp ground turmeric in 1 cup almond milk for 10 minutes. Strain and sweeten with maple syrup if desired.
  • Lemon Balm Mint Refresher: Steep 1 tbsp fresh lemon balm leaves and 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves in 1 cup cold water for 30 minutes. Strain and add 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • Ashwagandha Moon Milk: Whisk 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder and 1/4 tsp cinnamon into 1 cup warm milk. Sweeten with honey if desired.
  • Hibiscus Rose Relaxation Tea: Steep 1 tbsp dried hibiscus petals and 1 tsp dried rose petals in 1 cup hot water for 5 minutes. Strain and sweeten with agave syrup if desired.

Notes

Use organic herbs for best results. Adjust sweeteners and steeping times to taste. These elixirs can be enjoyed hot or cold. For a stronger effect, increase the amount of herbs slightly.
