Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise or vegan mayo for plant-based
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks to a bowl.

  • Garnish with smoked salmon, caviar, extra herbs, and a sprinkle of paprika or smoked paprika.

Notes

For vegan deviled eggs, use tofu or aquafaba for the filling and vegan mayo. Deviled eggs are naturally gluten-free. Make ahead by storing whites and filling separately, then assemble before serving.
