  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water Make sure it's warm, not hot.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yeast Active dry yeast can be replaced with instant yeast.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  • Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and let it rise for about 30-60 minutes until doubled in size.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let the bread cool before slicing.

Notes

Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Thaw when ready to enjoy.
