Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded; rotisserie chicken works great
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Frank’s RedHot or similar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • optional green onions chopped, for garnish
  • optional blue cheese crumbles for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For extra heat, add diced jalapeños or more buffalo sauce. Swap ranch for blue cheese dressing for a tangier flavor. To make ahead, assemble and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
